CORPORATE SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP

• Membership card.

ð     A membership card will be issued in the name of the company

• Booking procedure.

ð     One tee time per day can be booked up to 5 days in advance by entering the name of the Sponsor/players on the starting sheet in the Club entrance or by phoning the Club Professional

• Playing rights.

ð     Any nominee of the Sponsor may, on production of the card, play the      course. (One tee time/day)

ð     From Monday to Friday the nominee can introduce up to three guests to accompany him/her at no extra cost.

ð     On Sunday the nominee can introduce up to three guests to accompany him/her at a cost for the guests of 50% of the current visitor green fee rate.

• Sponsors golf Outings

ð     The Sponsor may hold two Sponsors golf outings of at least 30 people, Monday to Friday, with a reduction of 50% of the normal visitor green fees.

• Sponsor Membership restrictions

ð     Sponsor Members may not enter Club competitions or attend General Meetings of the Club

• Cost of Sponsor Membership

ð     £1000 plus VAT annually in advance.

ð     Membership paid in advance.

TEE SPONSORSHIP

§         Availability

ð     Subject to availability Corporate Sponsor Members may subscribe to tee advertising.

§         Cost

ð     £250 plus VAT annually in advance or £600 plus VAT for 3 years.

ð     The advertising Board will be at the Sponsors cost and its style/construction be approved by  the Committee.
