After a very successful amateur career which included membership of the GB&I team to face the USA in the Curtis Cup, Muriel continued her success in the European Ladies Professional Tour, winning the Order of Merit in 1980 and again in 1982, altogether racking up 9 Tour wins.

With over 20 years experience, Muriel is acknowledged as one of the best coaches of all aspects of the game of golf in Scotland including swing, short game, bunker play and putting on our extensive practice facilities with special packages for beginners.

Muriel also offers a range of services to visiting Company golf days ensuring that their guests depart with a good feeling about the game and an enjoyable time spent at Portlethen Golf Club.
